[Dec 11, 2008] The I National Congress of Cultural Politics is celebrated in Lima and it is organized by the Agencia Española de Cooperación Internacional para el Desarrollo (AECID) and the Instituto Nacional de Cultura del Perú (INC), with more than 500 participants. The congress is the frame of the IMPULSO programme for the development of the cultural politics, in which a technical team is working. [Dec 04, 2008] Barcelona Media is one of the technological agents in Catalonia which have unified their efforts to constitute the Catalan Technology Association, under the brand ACT. The entity is the fruit of the union of what up till now was the Technological Centre Association with the Centres of the CT Net and it will be formed, in a first instance, by 17 entities that have in common their mission of support to the R+D at the company. This year’s edition took place in Lyon (France) from 25th to 27th November and gathered nearly 4.000 delegates around Europe.
